Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission text file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text on the plate complies with the author's instructions. The location of illustrations, figures and tables is clearly indicated in the appropriate places in the text. Illustrations are not integrated into the text file, but delivered in appropriate files.
  • Cartographic illustrations are formatted in one of the following formats: jpeg, png, svg, webp, ai (source file), editable svg (source).
  • The text file of your submission must include a heading with your author identifiers when they exist: ORCID, HAL, IDREF, ISNI, as well as the acronym of your laboratory.
  • A file (or a heading in the main text file) contains your biographical note (maximum 10 lines).
  • The text file of your submission includes 3 to 5 thematic keywords, and, if applicable, 1 to 3 geographic keywords.
